Ideal is looking for enthusiastic team members who are comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Bussers support wait staff and help maintain the appearance of guest areas. Successful Talent ensure daily operations run smoothly and guests have a pleasant hospitality experience.

Cleans and resets guest dining areas. Provides general FOH support to serving staff.

Responsibilities

Prepare dining areas before and after guests are seated.
Set tables with appropriate decor, utensils, condiments, etc.
Welcome guests with water and table snacks.
Following venue guidelines, remove and replenish used tableware as needed.
Be alert and observant as guests enjoy their dining experience to anticipate their needs.
Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements

Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner or similar role in a restaurant or catering environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including: walking, standing, and lifting heavy items for extended periods of time.
Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
